As Singapore announced tighter Covid-19 measures for 3 weeks termed as Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), GoldSilver Central’s physical retail store remains open during this period and most of our products and services will still be offered and supported by our full GSC team. However more than 50% of our staff will be working from home. Rest assured, we are always available to take on your queries via our web chat, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls during our operating hours.

Clients can place orders via our ecommerce website as usual but please note that payments have to be made within 30 minutes to secure your order due to limited inventory. Visits to our retail stores will be strictly by appointment only and we strongly recommend our clients to place appointments in advance with us in order to secure your preferred date, time and services we offer. In addition, we are providing free consultation to our clients on Zoom if you would like to speak to us in the comfort of your home.
